These Terms govern your access to and use of goatoriginall.com and any related services, mobile features, communications, or sales (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We follow applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and tax/GST rules.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion for misuse, fraud risk, or violation of these Terms.

Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We sell apparel and related products for personal use within India only. Resale is not permitted without our written consent.

  • Prices, offers, taxes, and availability may change without notice. Product images are for illustration; minor colour/texture variations can occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not defects.

  • All MRP and taxes (including GST) are shown at checkout and on your tax invoice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation.

  • We may cancel any order (and refund you) for reasons including limited stock, payment issues, address not serviceable, pricing/description error, or suspected fraud.

  • You may request cancellation before shipment by contacting support. Shipped orders follow the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Payments

  • We accept Razorpay (cards/UPI/wallets/net-banking) and PhonePe (UPI). COD may be available to select pin codes and could attract a service fee shown at checkout.

  • We do not store full card or UPI credentials. If your account is debited but the order is not created, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank/gateway within 3–7 business days.

  • By placing an order, you authorise us to transmit information to our payment partners for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship primarily via Delhivery (and other partners where needed). Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; delays can occur due to courier/network issues, weather, or public holidays.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. For RTO/refused deliveries, we can reship on request; otherwise refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting two-way shipping/COD fees.

  • Please inspect the parcel at delivery. Report damage/shortage within 48 hours with photos/video as per our Returns policy.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy (7-day window, unused with tags, QC, timelines, deductions).

  • Original shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

  • A ₹99 return pickup fee per item may apply to returns (waived for approved exchanges/defects).

Offers, Coupons & Store Credit

  • Promotions/coupons are time-bound, non-transferable, and valid for single use per account unless stated otherwise. Minimum order values, category exclusions, or payment-method restrictions may apply.

  • If an order placed with a coupon is returned, the coupon value is not refunded; only the amount paid (after deductions) is refundable.

  • Store credit is non-withdrawable cash and is typically valid for 12 months.

Reviews & User Content

  • If you post reviews, photos, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with the Services and marketing.

  • You are solely responsible for your content and warrant it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

  • Bypass security features; introduce viruses, bots, or scrape the Site without permission.

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.

  • Use false identities, multiple accounts to abuse coupons/returns, or place bulk/resale orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, and software—is owned by R G Retailer or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may use or link to third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, Delhivery, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads). We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or policies. Your use of their services is governed by their terms.

Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional messages (order updates, delivery alerts) and, where you opt in, marketing via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services and all products “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R G Retailer and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/revenue/data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) related to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R G Retailer from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, lockdowns, government actions, or failures of networks/couriers.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to amicable resolution through our Grievance Officer, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ferozepur, Punjab, India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
