We currently ship within India only.

Primary courier: Delhivery. We may use alternate partners for better coverage.

If your PIN code is unserviceable, we’ll contact you for an alternative address or issue a full refund.
Processing & dispatch time

Orders placed Mon–Sat before 12:00 PM (IST) are usually dispatched the same or next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays dispatch the next business day.

Pre-order or high-demand items may need additional processing; if so, the updated timeline will be shown at checkout or sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Estimated delivery timelines
These are typical working-day estimates after dispatch (subject to courier network conditions):

Metros & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days

North & West India (non-metros): 2–5 business days

Remote / ODA / J&K / North-East / Andaman & Nicobar: 5–10 business days
Delays can occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, containment zones, or courier network issues. We’ll keep you posted if we anticipate a delay.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking link & AWB number once the parcel is shipped.

Tracking may take up to 12–24 hours to activate after pickup.

Delivery attempts & address issues

The courier typically makes 2–3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable; the courier may call for coordination or OTP.

Address changes are possible before dispatch only. After dispatch, rerouting is not guaranteed and may add time/cost.

If a parcel is undeliverable (incomplete address / unreachable / door closed / refused), it returns to us (RTO). We can:

Reship after reconfirming your address (additional shipping/COD fees apply), or
-
Refund prepaid orders minus two-way shipping/COD fees as applicable.

Multiple items & partial shipments

To speed up delivery, we may split orders into multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking.

If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we’ll ship the rest and refund the unavailable item or offer store credit (your choice).
Packaging & inspection

We ship in tamper-evident, sealed packaging.
-
If the parcel looks open, tampered, or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

For accepted parcels found damaged/incorrect on opening, report within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video (see Returns Policy for steps).
COD terms

COD is available on select PIN codes and order values up to ₹5,000 (subject to change).

We may verify the order by call/WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch.

Repeated COD refusals may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
Cancellations

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support. Once shipped, the order can be processed as a return per our Returns Policy.

If we cancel due to inventory/address/payment issues, we’ll notify you and refund prepaid amounts to the original payment method.
Force majeure & liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, accidents, operational restrictions, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
International shipping
