  • We do not store full card or UPI credentials. Payments are processed securely by our partners Razorpay and PhonePe in accordance with PCI-DSS/RBI rules and UPI guidelines.

  • IP address, device/browser, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time stamps, approximate location (derived from IP), and diagnostic logs.

  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see §4).

D. Optional data

  • Social sign-in (Google/Apple/Facebook) may share your name, email, and profile identifier as permitted by that provider.

Children: The Services are for individuals 18+. If we learn a minor has provided data without guardian consent, we will delete it.

Data Retention

  • Orders, invoices, and tax records: retained for up to 7–8 years (accounting & GST compliance).

  • Marketing preferences/data: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • If you close your account, we delete or anonymise data not required for legal or legitimate business purposes.
